Invoice Review: It is imperative that you thoroughly review all aspects of the invoice, with emphasis on key details such as the event date, venue, and timing. We disclaim any liability arising from inaccuracies or oversight on your part.

Deposit: To guarantee the reservation of the items you've selected, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost is mandatory. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Deadlines: Once a reservation date is confirmed, the outstanding balance is due no later than 72 hours preceding the event. Non-compliance will lead to non-delivery and forfeiture of the deposit.

Event Date Amendments: Alterations to the confirmed event date are not permitted. However, under extraordinary circumstances, we may contemplate providing a credit, which might attract a processing fee.

Order Modifications: Any post-reservation changes to your order will attract an additional charge.

Graphic Design Decision: If you opt against hiring our recommended graphic artist and provide your own files, please be aware that any complications or discrepancies arising from subpar quality files are solely your responsibility. We will not be held liable for any issues stemming from this decision.

Venue Accessibility: It is paramount that our team has uninterrupted access to the event venue within the stipulated two-hour window leading up to the commencement of your event.

Service Elevator Specifications: Should you indicate the availability of a service elevator and it is found non-existent, an additional charge will apply. We disclaim responsibility for any mishaps related to elevator usage. You are responsible for ensuring that our items can be conveniently transported via any available elevators.

Venue Access Delays: We offer a 15-minute grace period upon our team's arrival at the venue. Should access be denied beyond this window, our team will vacate the premises, and any payments made will be non-refundable. This policy is enforced to maintain punctuality for all clientele.

Item Condition: Items rented from us have been previously used, and while we endeavor to maintain their quality, minor damages incurred during transportation or setup will not warrant a refund if the items are utilized during your event. Please be advised that in the event of refusal to accept the item at the time of delivery, we are unable to process a refund. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with the transportation and handling of the item, ensuring that we can continue to offer our services efficiently.

Charger Plate Advisory: The charger plates supplied are solely for ornamental purposes and should never replace actual dining plates. Using them directly for dining may result in health hazards. Our liability does not extend to any health issues arising from misuse of these decorative items. We expect clients to use them responsibly.

FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or any interruption or any failure of electricity or server, system, computer, internet, or telephone service.

LIABILITY:
The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of rented items. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims arising from the event.
By remitting payment for our services, you unequivocally consent to the terms and conditions elucidated above. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
